GERGONNE SLOVENSKO s.r.o. was founded in 2005 and started first production activities in March 2006. Since 2013, production was moved to the newly built, state of the art Production site in Liptovský Mikuláš.
The 10,000sqm Manufacturing facility is serving more than 220 clients in 25 Countries around the world, in Automotive, Industrial and Home Appliances sectors. The core converting capabilities include lamination, slitting, die-cutting, plotter cutting, testing laboratory and laser cutting.
GERGONNE Slovensko delivers a wide portfolio of die-cut to TOP Automotive Tier 1s, Tier 2s, Industrial and Home Appliances Manufacturers.
GERGONNE Slovensko is highly technically oriented and ready to provide support and solutions to customer´s needs in a signature pro-active manner. We have a solid presence in the whole Central Eastern Europe with dedicated Sales Offices in Slovakia – Liptovský Mikuláš, Czech Republic - Liberec, Poland - Krakow, Hungary - Budapest and Romania - Brasov. It is one of our main strengths, to offer prompt and competent personal support on local level and in native language.
Gergonne Slovakia production plant is IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certified.
Living environment
GERGONNE SLOVENSKO s.r.o. is located in the heart of Europe - in Slovakia, specifically in Liptovský Mikuláš, which is located in the Liptov region, in the north of Slovakia. In its northeastern part, this region touches the Slovak-Polish state border. It has one of the most picturesque natural scenery in Slovakia.
Thanks to the uniqueness of natural attractions and the wealth of cultural and historical monuments, Liptov belongs to the most attractive regions of Slovakia. Most of its territory is mountainous, rich in forests and natural beauty.
The most valuable natural values are protected in the Tatra National Park, the Low Tatras National Park and the Veľká Fatra National Park. Hiking and cycling in the summer, as well as downhill and cross-country skiing in the winter are among the most frequent magnets for visitors to Liptov.
If we add to this the underground riches in several publicly accessible caves and numerous springs of healing mineral and thermal waters, as well as the Liptovská Mara water reservoir, the natural picture of Liptov is almost perfect.

Environmental commitments
As the company GERGONNE SLOVENSKO s.r.o. we regularly organize events where employees actively participate in cleaning the surroundings and the bank of the river Váh in the part closest to the company.
In 2023, the company installed a solar system on its roof in order to ecologically and economically cover the energy consumption of our production activity and thus contribute to the sustainability of resources.
We are constantly trying to valorize unnecessary material and waste from our production. We cooperate with environmental studies students and companies that help us find solutions in the field of waste recovery.
Economic and community commitments
GERGONNE SLOVENSKO s.r.o. is the initiator and founder of the Community of Companies of the Industrial Zone in Liptovský Mikuláš. With representatives of individual companies in the city district where we work together, we solve important issues in relation to the city, such as road lighting, traffic infrastructure, road condition, etc.
Dual education – GERGONNE SLOVENSKO s.r.o. belongs to the top employers in the region, where students of secondary vocational schools are practically educated. Students from the Polytechnic School are trained in production and students from the Business Academy in the administrative part of our company.
We support the Polytechnic school every year with financial sponsorship or non-financial donations in the form of technical equipment for students.
We regularly organize factory tours for students of other secondary vocational schools.
We cooperate with the startup project WIBO, which uses the properties of artificial intelligence to connect students, schools and companies in one place.
Every year, we transfer 2% of our company's income tax to the account of the Liptovská nemocnica hospital, which uses these funds to purchase equipment.
Commitment to sport
GERGONNE SLOVENSKO s.r.o. regularly supports the organization of the European Championships in water slalom, which are held in our city. For competing canoeists, we make special sponges for drying the inner part of the canoe, and we cut EPDM seats for spectators.
In the past, we sponsored the organization of the World Championships in giant slalom skiing, which took place in the nearby Demänovská dolina valley.
Because we care about the health of our employees, we support their relationship to a healthy lifestyle with the well-being benefits, as season ticket to the water parks, the organization of smaller sports tournaments, exercise workshops and regular health days, when we deliver fruit for all employees once a week.
